The ‘printed area size' is where the printed text or imagery begins and ends—from top to bottom, and side to side. By sharing those details with us, we can help you create a frame that fits your piece just right—no stress, just a perfect fit.

Getting your custom piece to you, safely and beautifully, is a top priority. We ship all of our frames using FedEx, and every order is fully insured for peace of mind. Your frame will arrive in a sturdy, FedEx-approved box made from 100% curbside recyclable materials. And if anything happens during transit, don't worry—let us know and we'll promptly replace your product and handle the entire claims process.

If you're shipping to an APO address, we use the United States Postal Service 'Priority Mail' for delivery.

All of our frames are custom-built with care and attention to detail, so our typical production time is 5-9 business days, plus a little extra time for FedEx Ground shipping. Most orders arrive in approximately 10-15 business days. You can find more information on our shipping policy here.

We offer duty-free free shipping to Canada under the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA). Please note that possible duty fees/taxes will be invoiced separately by FedEx on all orders shipped into Canada.

Our mouldings are real wood. Most are solid hardwood, some are made from recycled wood, and each moulding's description says which. We offer classic, traditional and modern profiles in a range of widths and finishes, from basic to high-end, including a complete line of 100% recycled wood mouldings for framed awards.

Our frames include clear standard glass, which blocks 45% of UV light, and the largest frames use plexiglass instead. The upgrade, Conservation UV & Reflection Control glass, blocks 99% of UV light and has an etched, matte-like finish that reduces glare, so yes, it looks different from standard clear glass. It's offered for almost all frame sizes.

Large frames use professional-grade plexiglass so they don't break in transit. This applies to single-document frames over 14 x 22 inches and double-document frames over 11 x 14 inches. Our plexiglass protects your document as well as standard clear glass, and upgraded plexiglass options are available.

No. The frame doesn't include your certificate or document; that comes from the organization that issued it. Our frames have easy-open backs so you can insert it yourself, and complete instructions ship with every frame.

On officially licensed frames, the embossing and insignia follow the artwork our licensing agreements approve, so we can't change the font or insignia shown on the site.
